After years of using PHPStorm we have TOTALLY ditched it: slow, too many features that are never used, etc. PHP Tools for Visual Studio, although less "feature full" is much much better. PHP Tools, instead of focusing on millions of crap features, ensure that the most often used ones do work in the most efficient way possible.
